These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forgely (the "Service"), operated by BizProfitMarketing.com ("we", "us", "our"). By using Forgely, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The short version: Forgely is a free AI tool. Use it for lawful purposes. Don't abuse the rate limits, don't try to break the system, and understand that the output is provided "as is" — what you do with it is your responsibility.
1. Who can use Forgely
You must be at least 13 years old to use Forgely. If you're between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You also confirm that your use of Forgely will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. The Service
Forgely provides AI-powered tools, currently including:
- An AI Humanizer that rewrites AI-generated text to sound more human
- An AI Detector that estimates whether text was written by an AI model
Additional tools may be added over time. These Terms apply to all current and future tools provided through forgely.tools, unless we publish separate terms for a specific tool.
Free tier limits
The free tier includes a 1,000-word-per-request limit and may include other reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse and manage costs. We may change these limits at any time, with or without notice, though we'll try to give advance notice of significant changes.
Pro tier (when available)
If you subscribe to Forgely Pro, additional terms apply:
- Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice
- We may suspend or terminate Pro accounts that violate these Terms, without refund
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Forgely to:
- Generate or rewrite content that promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or discrimination
- Create content that depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse
- Generate content for fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Produce content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
- Generate content that violates someone's privacy or contains their personal information without consent
- Bypass our rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our prompts or system internals
- Resell or redistribute Forgely's output as a competing service
- Use the Service to create content that violates the law in your jurisdiction or ours
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate this section, and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the text you submit to Forgely. We don't claim ownership of your input or the output the Service produces from it.
By using Forgely, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your text for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, we don't store your text after processing.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any text you put into Forgely. Don't submit text you don't have permission to process.
5. AI output disclaimer
Forgely uses third-party AI models to generate output. AI output is inherently probabilistic and imperfect. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The humanizer's output may not always sound natural or fit your specific context
- The detector's score is an estimate, not a definitive answer — no AI detector can be 100% accurate
- The Service may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results
- Output should be reviewed by you before any consequential use
- We make no guarantee that humanized output will pass any specific AI detector
You are solely responsible for how you use the output. If you use Forgely to produce content for academic, professional, legal, or any other purpose, you assume full responsibility for that content and its consequences.
6. Intellectual property
The Forgely name, logo, design, code, prompts, and underlying technology are owned by BizProfitMarketing.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its software without our written permission.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Forgely available and working well, but we don't guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages (Anthropic, Cloudflare, etc.), or unforeseen issues.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We'll try to give advance notice for significant changes affecting Pro users.
8. Disclaimers
FORGELY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that the output will meet your requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizProfitMarketing.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Forgely.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) £100.
This section does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizProfitMarketing.com from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
You can stop using Forgely at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Forgely will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in another jurisdiction, you may have additional protections under your local laws that we cannot exclude.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we'll provide more prominent notice (such as a banner on the site or email to Pro users).
Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy) make up the entire agreement between you and BizProfitMarketing.com regarding Forgely. They supersede any prior agreements between us on this topic.
