Forgely is operated by BizProfitMarketing.com, an independent operator based in the UK. We're not a large company — we're a small team that builds and maintains tools we'd want to use ourselves.

Response times
We aim to reply to all email within one to two business days. If you haven't heard back within three business days, it's worth checking your spam folder — our replies occasionally end up there.
We don't offer live chat or phone support. For most issues, email works better anyway: it gives us time to actually look into the problem before responding rather than troubleshooting live.
